Damaged or Defective Items

  • To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are required to provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item for verification.
  • Once verified, we will offer an exchange or replacement for the same item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items.
  • We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or normal wear and tear.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind due to shipping and handling costs.
  • Refunds are not available unless required by law.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
