- Once verified, we will offer an exchange or replacement for the same item.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items.
- We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or normal wear and tear.
Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind due to shipping and handling costs.
- Refunds are not available unless required by law.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
